Becoming a Confident Radio Broadcaster
The Academy of Radio and Television Broadcasting offers high-quality, professional radio broadcast training in a personal setting. With small classes, modern facilities, and industry-experienced instructors, you get to enjoy developing up-to-date skills and growing through professional mentors.
Our Radio Broadcasting Course is a complete, comprehensive training workshop that gives you combined hands-on training and live broadcasting from fully-equipped studios. More than half of your time is spent in the studios; you’ll be on the air, doing newscasts, and in commercial production utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
You will become skilled in a variety of areas, including:

- Broadcast Sales
In addition, The Academy offers 16 weeks of Vocal Coaching where we teach voice, diction and speaking techniques. As you get ready to graduate, we offer career guidance to help you get the job you want!
All my instructors were very knowledgeable and eager to help. The equipment was good, the same kind used at the radio station I work at. The lectures were very informative, we had some great lecturers. I made a ton of connections here. All my classmates were a lot of fun, some became very good friends. Career Guidance: What Happens Once You Graduate?
Before graduation, you will prepare for your job search with assistance from the Career Guidance Director, who will help you prepare your own effective cover letter and resume along with appropriate airchecks. You will also learn how to generate your own job leads via the internet, interview confidently, and follow up effectively with your networking. Radio leads and station specifics are provided for positions in Radio Broadcasting at stations in markets of all sizes, most often right in your own region.
